1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and [Your Business Name] ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Services
We provide professional visual marketing services, including but not limited to Virtual Staging, Virtual Renovation, and Item Removal ("Services"). Our primary service, Virtual Staging, involves placing digital images of furniture and decor into photos of empty or unfurnished properties to showcase their potential.• Our "As-Is" Guarantee: Our standard Virtual Staging service works with the "good bones" of your property. We do not alter permanent physical structures such as walls, flooring, countertops, or ceilings. Services to digitally alter these features fall under our "Virtual Renovation" service and must be agreed upon separately.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible outcome, you agree to:• Provide high-resolution, well-lit digital photographs of the property.
• Provide clear and timely instructions and feedback.
• Secure the necessary rights and permissions for us to use the photos you provide.The quality of our final work is directly dependent on the quality of the source images you provide.
4. Revisions
Each purchased package includes one (1) round of minor revisions per image.• "Minor Revisions" are defined as small adjustments to the completed image, such as changing the color of a single furniture item, swapping an artwork piece, or adjusting the placement of a decor item.• "Major Revisions" which are not included, consist of a complete change of design style, large-scale furniture replacement, or any request that significantly alters the initial brief. Major Revisions will be quoted as a separate service.
5. Payments
All package and service fees are due in full at the time of purchase before any work begins. For custom proposals, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final watermarked drafts and before the release of the final high-resolution images. All prices are listed in Trinidad and Tobago Dollars (TTD).
6. Intellectual Property and Image Licensing• Our IP: We retain full copyright and ownership of all creative work, design styles, and layered source files.• Your License: Upon final payment, we grant you, the Client, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the final, delivered images for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property address for which the services were purchased. This license includes use on MLS listings, brokerage websites, social media, and print marketing materials related to the sale or lease of that single property. The license does not permit the use of the images for general company branding or advertising unrelated to the specific property.• Portfolio Rights: We retain the right to use any "before" and "after" images in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials after the property has been publicly listed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are intended to be a marketing tool. We make no guarantees regarding the sale of your property. We are not liable for any disputes arising from your use of the images, including any claims of misrepresentation made by you to potential buyers. It is your responsibility to provide any necessary disclosures to potential buyers regarding virtually staged images.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent, respecting the digital nature of our work and the effort that begins immediately upon receiving an order.
For Service Packages (e.g., "Full Showcase"):
• All sales for service packages are final.
• Due to the digital nature of the service and the creative work involved, no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed and work has commenced.
For "Visual Partner Program" Subscriptions (Retainers):
• Your monthly subscription can be canceled at any time.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide written cancellation notice at least fourteen (14) days before your next scheduled payment date.
• No partial refunds are provided for the current billing month if you cancel mid-cycle. You will retain access to your benefits until the end of the current paid billing period.
For Custom Bespoke Proposals:
• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and covers the initial discovery, consultation, and design strategy work.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may share information with trusted third-party services who assist us in operating our business, such as:
• Payment Processors (WiPay, PayPal): To securely handle payments.
• Form Builders (Tally.so): To collect your project details.
• Project Management Tools (Trello): To manage the workflow of your project.
We only share the minimum information necessary for them to perform their functions.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access or disclosure.
